Why Kutthaus Fitness?

You're not just being coached by professionals with a passion for all things health and fitness — you're being led by two owners with a combined25 years of physical therapy practicewith individuals after joint replacements, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, and various neurological conditions.

We won't focus on how much you can lift or how many repetitions you complete, but on how well you move through all the primary functional movements used in the home, community, and recreational environments. The more you improve your mobility and strength, the better your overall quality of life.

And, sometimes there are dogs present.
