Finishing outpatient physical therapy or occupational therapy is a milestone — but it often ends with a home exercise sheet and a “good luck.” We know how hard it is to keep that up without structure or accountability, because we spent our careers on the clinical side watching it happen.

Kutthaus was designed for exactly this gap. The exercises and intentions of our programming were developed with individuals coming out of outpatient PT/OT settings in mind: get you beyond “good enough,” and build back your confidence in your ability and self-awareness.

Why us

The owners have a combined 25 years of physical therapy practice with individuals after joint replacements, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, and various neurological conditions. When you tell your coach what your body has been through, they’ll actually know what you mean.

What it looks like

Movement-focused training at your pace — one-on-one or in a scaled group class. We won’t focus on how much you can lift; we’ll focus on how well you move through the functional movements used in your home, community, and daily life. Better mobility and strength, better quality of life.
