Group Functional Fitness Classes

Every class at Kutthaus is led by a coach whose job is to watch, teach, and adjust — not to shout. Workouts are built around the six primary functional movements: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and plank. These are the movements you use in your home, your yard, and your life, and they’re the foundation of every session.
What a week looks like
Every workout is designed to be different from the last, with no repeating movements within the same week. You’ll rotate through three class types:
- Full-Body — a balanced session hitting all the movement patterns
- Strength — heavier, slower, focused on building capacity
- Circuit — keep moving, elevate the heart rate, have some fun
Open gym blocks run between classes on weekdays if you’d rather work at your own pace with the coaches nearby.
Who it’s for
Everyone — genuinely. Intensity is based on your individual ability, and every movement can be modified. New members work out beside members in their seventies, and the programming works for both because it scales to the person doing it.
