Youth Strength & Conditioning
Kids don’t need a bodybuilding program — they need to learn how to move well, build confidence, and lay a foundation that prevents injuries as they grow and gain strength. That’s what our youth strength and conditioning coaching delivers.
What it looks like
Age-appropriate, coach-supervised sessions built on the same functional movements as our adult programming: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and plank. Form comes first, load comes much later, and it’s designed to be fun enough that they want to come back.
Who it’s for
Young athletes preparing for a sport season, kids who haven’t found their sport yet, and teens who want to train safely instead of guessing in a big-box gym.
